Intercultural Development Inventory®
We strongly recommend that all teams, no matter how big or small, start their work with us by taking the Intercultural Development Inventory ® (IDI) which assesses intercultural competence—the capability to shift cultural perspective and appropriately adapt behavior to cultural differences and commonalities. Jen Jacobs is a certified IDI administrator and can give your team the test, analyze your results and customize your team’s training accordingly. Through becoming certified, Jen has the capacity and specialty to lead organizations, groups and individuals in transformative changes in equity and diversity. The IDI is your roadmap to intercultural competence.
“The Intercultural Development Inventory® is the premier cross-culturally valid assessment for building cultural competence in your school or organization” – Mitchell R. Hammer, Ph.D.
